2. Capability building of OCCP Staff, Inspectors, Certifiers and Committees in partnership with international groups.
3. Continuous development of organic standards based on local research and adapt to local conditions.
4. Resource Mobilization and socialized costing.
5. Establish referral and accreditation system for producers, traders, consumers and those that provide advisory services.
6. Advocate policy changes in favor of Organic Agriculture / Certification.
